The Courteeners
Following their triumphant performances at this summer's Reading and Leeds Festivals, The Courteeners have announced a hometown show at the Manchester Arena this weekend.
Doors for the Friday 7 December concert open at 6.00pm and the show will end at approxmately 11.00pm. Support comes from Findlay and The View.
Returning to their Manchester hometown for a Christmas bash has been a fixture in the bands calendar since 2009, and has seen them perform to over 35,000 fans over the years.
Speaking ahead of their Manchester Arena return, singer songwriter Liam Fray said: "We are delighted to be coming back to the city. The Manchester Arena holds amazing memories for us and we cannot wait to create a whole host of new ones on what will be a very special night. Come join the party for the beginning of our most exciting chapter yet. See you down the front."
The band will be performing tracks from their forthcoming studio album alongside classics from St Jude and Falcon.
