Evanescence

US rock band Evanescence perform at the Manchester Arena this week as part of a four date UK tour.

Tickets for the Tuesday 6 November show are on sale now, priced £28.50.

Please note, doors are due to open at 6.00pm and the show will end at approximately 11.00pm.

The Arkansas rockers, who released their self-titled third studio album in October last year, will be joined in Manchester by special guests The Used and Lost Alone.

Fronted by one of rock's most recognisable female voices, Amy Lee, Evanescence will be performing tracks from their decade spanning alternative rock back catalogue.

Their 2003 debut studio album, Fallen, sold 17 million copies worldwide and produced the global hit Bring Me To Life. The album earned the band two Grammy Awards in 2004 for Best New Artist and Best Hard Rock Performance.  The band's follow up was 2006's The Open Door, which sold more than six million copies worldwide and spawned the hit Call Me When You're Sober.

Evanescence is Amy Lee (vocals, piano), Terry Balsamo (guitar), Troy McLawhorn (guitar), Tim McCord (bass) and Will Hunt (drums).
