Muse
Rock legends Muse return to the Manchester Arena tonight following the release of their sixth album The 2nd Law.
Please note, doors are due to open at 6.00pm and the show will end at approximately 10.30pm. Support comes from Joy Formidable.
This will be the band's first Manchester Arena show since
playing here in 2006, and the band's first Manchester
appearance since playing Old Trafford cricket ground in 2010 -
performances that received rave reviews.
In recent years Muse have rocketed to stardom, from playing the
largest venues in the world (including Wembley Stadium in 2007) to
headlining Leeds and Reading Festival last August. 3 of their 6
albums have been UK number ones, with their last album
Resistance topping the charts in 19 countries. Not only
this, but the trio were also selected to carry the Olympic torch
through their home town of Teignmouth this May.
The band will be performing classics from their extensive
catalogue, including Uprising, Supermassive Black Hole, Plug In
Baby, Feeling Good and Hysteria, as well as new songs
from The 2nd Law which will be released on
Monday 17 September.
