Important Announcement

Please note, the Victoria Station approach (running from Corporation Street down Hunts Bank) is a bus lane only. This new route is enforced by cameras and subsequent fines. The road in the opposite direction (from Great Ducie Street up Hunts Bank) will remain open for car access.

United Utilities are currently modernising Manchester's water supply which involves replacing water pipes along some of the major routes into the city centre. To check how this may impact on your journey to the venue please visit the 'Modernising Manchester's Water Supply' section of the United Utilities website at the link to the right.

Journey Planner
The Manchester Evening News Arena is located in the City Centre, on the corner of Trinity Way, Hunts Bank and Great Ducie Street, and is adjacent to Victoria Station. For Sat Nav systems our postcode is M3 1AR.

By Car
If travelling by car, the Manchester Evening News Arena is situated on the A56, 3 miles from Junction 17 of the M62.

Parking 
The official NCP on-site multi-storey car park has a capacity of 900. In addition, approximately 3,500 recognised NCP spaces within 10 minutes walk serve the Manchester Evening News Arena. Please beware of unauthorised car parks and street parking. We advise anyone with walking difficulties to arrive as early as possible and use the car parks at the Arena, Shudehill or the Printworks. 

Public Transport
If you're planning a trip to the MEN Arena - day or night - then you'll find public transport is the best way to travel from all over Greater Manchester, and beyond. The Manchester Evening News Arena is one of the easiest places to get to by public transport; buses, trains and trams drop you only minutes away from the entrance.

Buses: Many buses serve Cannon Street and Victoria bus stations and many more stop within easy walking distance in the city centre. If you're staying out late then Nightbus services on Friday and Saturday nights run directly past the Manchester Evening News Arena. Manchester's free city centre Metroshuttle service also links Victoria station with other areas of the centre. Find out more here

Trams: Manchester's excellent Metrolink systems passes right by the Manchester Evening News Arena, stopping at Victoria. Services run from Bury, Altrincham and Manchester Piccadilly rail station, with connections to Eccles.

Trains: ManchesterEvening News Arena and Piccadilly rail station is only a short Metrolink ride to Victoria Metrolink tram stop. To plan a journey with Northern Rail click here

Air: Manchester has a large international airport which provides easy access to the Arena. The airport is approximately ten miles from the venue and can be reached by train or bus as detailed above. Search for the best price for your flights to Manchester at Cheapflights.co.uk.
