Duran Duran

After playing to over 35,000 people during two sell-out shows at the M.E.N. Arena in 2004, Duran Duran return to Manchester this winter.  The original line-up of Simon Lebon, Nick Rhodes, Roger Taylor, John Taylor and Andy Taylor are back to entertain on Sunday 18 December.

The 2004 shows were played to huge acclaimed by fans and media alike, with The Daily Mirror brimming with tributes to the band stating 'Duran Duran - no joke, these guys may well be Britain's next Rolling Stones! A bunch of lads from Birmingham came of age last night. When they brought down the curtain with a rousing encore of White Lines and Girls On Film, I have never seen scenes like it!'

Last year the band were honoured with lifetime achievement awards from both MTV and the Qs, along with accepting the Outstanding Contribution to Music Award in the UK, at the Brits ceremony.

Boasting a legendary back catalogue with hits such as Hungry Like A Wolf, Planet Earth, Rio, A View TO A Kill, Wild Boys, All She Want Is, (Reach Up for the) Sunrise and Astronaut, this concert is expected to sell-out within hours so be quick!
